Flint Local 432 is the culmination of an unbroken line of concerts that run from mid-80s punk superstars Black Flag, 7Seconds and ALL; to groundbreaking bands such as Fugazi, Superchunk, and Spitboy; right up to today’s hardest touring acts like the Suicide Machines, Mustard Plug, Less Than Jake, Coheed and Cambria, Yellowcard, and Avenged Sevenfold.

Flint Local 432 was founded to provide a venue for local bands to play, and that remains our primary focus. We accommodate national, regional, and state bands when possible, but there is no guarantee we’ll be able to get you on a show. If you want to ensure you get booked, the easiest way is to find a show in your town for a Flint band to play. Show trades rule.

Only members of bands playing and the Local staff are admitted free.
This does not include merch people, friends, significant others, parents, etc.
Bands get paid to play, and if you want to refund admission to your driver or whoever, that is up to you.
Bands on tour (out-of-state) may get in touch about tour staff.
 

Capacity:

250 persons plus staff, bands, etc.
No more than 250 tickets will be sold to any show.
 

All Shows All Ages:

No Smoking, No Alcohol.
No Exceptions.
 

Admission Price:

Between $6-$8 most shows.
Special events with higher or lower prices will be noted on flyers and the web site.
 

Show Times:

All shows 6:45-11:30 unless otherwise noted. The City of Flint has a 12:00am curfew for minors, so if you get dropped off, make sure your ride can pick you up on time.
 

No Moshing / Slamdancing

Being licensed and insured have benefits, and help to make sure the 432 stays around for a long, long time. Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks to this is that our insurance policy explicitly states that we enforce a no-moshing policy.
Feel free to jump up and down, dance, pogo, skank, etc. You can shake your groove thing, just not into anybody else. We want everyone to leave with all their teeth.
